This garage is awesome! Friendly staff and fast service. I had the unfortunate event of backing into a pole and they were able to work directly with my insurance company to get a new hatch put on in a few days! They even gave me a courtesy vehicle to use in the meantime which was greatly appreciated!

I was referred to this place by several people, and I’m so glad I took their advice. Bernelis truly stands out as a professional and welcoming business, with a team of genuinely positive and helpful people.

What could have been a stressful experience was turned into a smooth and reassuring one. They went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner vehicle, which made a huge difference. Mike, Justin, and the entire team were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process.

I will absolutely be returning in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer care.

After day of shopping and sightseeing we came back to the hotel to discover our other vehicle had been damaged in parking lot ( right front bumper) . I had to do my homework on where to bring our vehicle because we are all the way from Texas. I decided to bring it to Bernelis Garage.
Jason and his family along with employees have went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was right. They wanted it right and to make us happy. The kindness they've shown to us went beyond what any place ive ever seen.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They not only are hard working people but are honest and do excellent work in a very timely manner. And the ladies in the office are really sweet too while you wait! Could not of asked for better service!

I got into an accident a few weeks ago and did not want to get my car towed. Took my car to the nearest shop which was Bernelis Garage.

Both Heather and Jason helped me tremendously, and they took off the damaged portions of the car free of charge so I could drive home. They helped me get a rental through the shop while my car was being worked on, and took care of communication with the insurance company.

A couple of weeks later the job was done. And it looks excellent. Very happy with the work done, and thankful for their help when the accident occurred. Would definitely come back again for further work done.

Definitely gained a repeat customer! Went in to get my bumper fixed after being (barely) rear ended. After waiting and chatting with the absolutely wonderful ladies up front for about 20 minutes, the awesome guy that helped me out with my free quote and scheduling came and told me they were done already!

Not only was it fast, but they did it for free! They could have easily charged me the $100 that they quoted me for! Wonderful service from everyone I talked to, super helpful, quick, and easy! I will be coming and definitely on my recommendation list for others!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. We hit a deer (actually, a deer hit us) on I-75 on a Sunday. I brought our van over to Bernelis Garage on Monday. Jason came out within minutes to evaluate. The van was drivable, but the deer had warped the passenger side door, such that the top was not sealing.

The deer also took off the mirror, which was hanging by its wire. Jason immediately took the time to cap off the wires for the mirror, and bent the door back enough so it would seal. He then ordered a replacement mirror, and invited me to come in the next day to install it, so the van would be safer for us to drive while awaiting repair. They scheduled us promptly. Office manager, Drew was excellent about communicating and keeping me informed along the way. They communicated directly with our insurance company. They set us up with a rental car (that they supplied), as their loaner was not available. They took the van on Monday. Done by Friday as promised. They do excellent work. This process could not have been better. This is the kind of business that really has no competition in my book. I’m already bragging this place to my friends and family. If you need body work… go there. You will NOT be disappointed.

This was one of the easiest claims ever! I dropped my truck off at Bernelis Garage after hitting a deer, and they handled everything from start to finish. They set me up with a rental and kept the process completely stress-free.

When my truck was ready, they called me to pick it up—and wow. The work they did was amazing. You can’t even tell there was any damage.

I've been searching for a good body shop for years, but it seems all the skilled body men have retired with no replacements. All the current generation wants to do is replace and collect insurance money. Repair work requiring molding, sanding etc. is passe.

Well, here is some good news. I found Bernelis Garage who does good old fashioned body work. Of course, replacement is always an option but not a solution for every job.

I have a 2005 Yukon Denali that is in very good shape except for a couple of spots starting to bubble beneath the paint with rust. Of course, everyone else wanted to replace without considering anything else. Jason carefully looked over my situation along with his wife, Heather, and came up with a solution that not only fits the needs but also my budget. I would also like to include that this is a family business that includes daughters. All the better to deal with. My whole experience was very pleasant.

Berneli's went above and beyond, completely exceeding my expectations!!! I was in the process of restoring my late father's '98 Chevy pickup. The truck has a tremendous amount of sentimental value and I wouldn't let just any shop work on it.

Dave was the one who did the work on it. He kept me informed throughout the 7 month process (good things take time). I was able to stop in several times during the restoration and talk with Dave as well as take photos.

There wasn't a time I wasn't impressed with his attention to detail and dedication he was putting into my truck. The office staff was always pleasant and it seems all of the staff goes above and beyond for their customers. The day I picked the truck up, I was absolutely blown away. I never could have imagined it would look this good.
Berneli's has a great business and an amazing employee, somewhere I will never hesitate to go to again. I've already been referring friends when I can for their own vehicles. Thank you so much for making my dream truck a reality.

I needed a front panel and side mirror replaced. Mike was able to find parts for a fair price, came in below what competing shops were quoting and the finished body work was top notch. Paint match... perfect. They provided a courtesy car and had the work done in just over 24 hours. I highly recommend you get a quote from the team if you need body work in the Tri City area.

Dave over at Bernelis garage repainted basically my entire truck and did such a good job! Yellow isn’t the easiest color to match but he drove a half hour to my house to make sure he had the exact match! Prices are very fair and the turn around time is incredible. Absolutely recommend.

I had the very best service from the first phone call to Bernelis! They got me in right away on a holiday week and provided me with transportation so I don't have to go without for the holiday! Bernelis Garage is by far the best body shop I have ever worked with. The entire staff made sure from the first moment I walked into their facility that they took care of me 100%. They all went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed after my accident. I was traveling north on 75 when my car started overheating and was leaking coolant everywhere. While crying because I am stranded hours from home not really knowing where I am, I called the closest shop on Google and it was Berneli’s. They told me to come right away and they’d take a look for me. Even being a body shop and NOT a mechanics shop. I have never been more lucky and thankful right now to be put into the hands of this caring family owned business. I don’t know what I would have done today without them!

The Bernelis Team is full of knowledgeable and very friendly people! I brought my jeep in for a quote on a small fix to my bumper, and not only did they offer a great price they were willing to squeeze it into their schedule without hesitation. AND they cut half the time off the initial quote.

Madi handled our claim although they were very busy she was very professional ,very efficient,very informative, very impressive. Dave the tech that worked on my vehicle was very talented and did an extremely great job with the extensive repairs and replacements. I couldn't be happier.
